OQN project presentation - running Grover's circuit on Qiskit Runtime
Qiskit Runtime from IBM Quantum is exclusively available on Strangeworks
Hi all,
This week Manish Singh (one of our OQN members) will present the solution of our quantum computing challenge - two-qubit Grovers algorithm. You have successfully accomplished this task using pen and paper, and have discovered that a quantum computer is very well-suited to tackle unstructured search problem such as this.
In this presentation, Manish will demonstrate this further on a quantum simulator as well as on an actual IBM quantum computer. As you might know, our partner Strangeworks recently announced availability of IBM’s new service (Qiskit Runtime) on their ecosystem. To run our Grover’s circuit, we shall benefit from Qiskit Runtime, which allows reduction in time between executions of quantum circuits. We thank our friends at Strangeworks for the tool!
If you are wondering about the outcome of running Manish’s Grover’s circuit on Qiskit Runtime, please join us coming Thursday (7 PM Nepali time) to hear about it. To enter the event, please click on the Zoom link below:
